Do I need a prescription forpeptides or skincare products?

No prescription is needed for any of the products we offer online. However, for specialized products like peptides, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider or a Kalista medical professional for guidance.

Peptiva Lab are commited to transparency, quality, and compliance with international regulatory standards. Our products are labeled “Research Purpose Only” because they are intended strictly for use in scientific, laboratory, or investigational research by qualified professionals.

Why do peptides comein powdered form?

Peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form to ensure maximum stability, purity, and extended shelf life. This format protects the peptide from degradation during transit and storage, making it the preferred standard in scientific research.

Before use, the powder is typically reconstituted with a sterile solvent such as Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)—which is also available for purchase on our website. This allows researchers to prepare the solution according to their specific study requirements while maintaining the peptide's integrity.

How should I store mypeptide?

Unreconstituted (powdered) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place—ideally in the refrigerator (2°C–8°C) to preserve potency. For long-term storage, freezing at -20°C is recommended.

Once reconstituted with a solvent like BAC Water, peptides should be stored in the refrigerator and used within a short period, depending on the research protocol. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as this may degrade the compound.

Do your products come with aCertificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes, all Peptiva Lab peptides are backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that confirms their purity, identity, and quality. COAs are available upon request to verified customers. To request one, please contact us with your order number and product name. Our support team will be happy to assist you promptly.

What if there'san issue with my order (damaged, wrong item, or incorrect address)?

If your order arrives damaged, has missing or incorrect items, or was shipped to the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, a clear photo (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll verify and resolve the problem quickly—whether that means reshipping the correct items or helping reroute your package.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products (especially skincare and wellness items), all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right.
